A literary character (whose creation was as a satire of a real ruler) brought to life in the "real" world by a magical event, Henry is an intersex French noble who is flippant and emotional. Desiring to rule, but having no idea how to do it, Henry tries to claim the throne of anywhere (whether or not it even has a throne), claiming "rightful" rule due to believing themselves to be the actual Henry III.
No powers, but possibly has the ability to gain followers despite their selfish behavior. Knows classic French fencing and, despite initially being bad at it, has actually improved to decent levels.
